Final Payment Due 12 weeks before the departure date. We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 12 weeks and €300 per person within 12 weeks of departure.

Breakfast:
You will have an early start each morning. Rather than adding this in for your full stay, we recommend adding at the hotel per day.

Tickets Included In Package are General Admission. Tickets are valid for Fri/Sat/Sun. We will be offering the below upgrade options. All tickets are for Fri/Sat/Sun entry.

Getting to the track
We will be offering a race transfer from the hotel for Saturday and Sunday at a cost of €35 per day per person. We recommend adding this at time of booking to ensure you do not miss out. We do not offer transfers for Friday racing.

Alternatively you can get the train to Verviers, and get the shuttle bus from here to the track. 

A 2% Customer Protection Bond fee will be included at checkout. The Protection Policy protects our clients in the event of any supplier or business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge.
