Final Payment Due 12 weeks before the departure date. We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 12 weeks and €300 per person within 12 weeks of departure.

Note:  All upgrades are non refundable. Ticket Upgrade Payment is required within 14 days of purchase. 
 

Getting to the track
We will be offering a race transfer from the hotel for Saturday and Sunday at a cost of €25 per day. We do not offer transfers for Friday racing. 

A 2% Customer Protection Bond fee will be included at checkout. The Protection Policy protects our clients in the event of any supplier or business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge.
