Final Payment Due 12 weeks before the departure date. We strongly recommend that all people traveling have Travel Insurance which will cover them in the event of having to cancel their trip on late notice. Name change requests are €100 outside of 12 weeks and €300 per person within 12 weeks of departure.

Getting to the track 
We do not offer race transfers for this race. The quickest way to the track is by train. A direct train journey from Bologna to Imola takes around 20 minutes. Imola’s train station (Trenitalia Spa) is a 20-minute walk from the circuit. Trains depart regularly over the weekend, we highly recommend booking your train tickets in advance to avoid missing out. 

A 2% Customer Protection Bond fee will be included at checkout. The Protection Policy protects our clients in the event of any supplier or business failure. All bookings and transactions are subject to this charge.
